Prima™ Terms and Conditions

1. Room may not be paid using the $500 Prima spending account. Special room rates will be offered in conjunction with Prima, but the cost of the room is separate from the $500 Prima spending account. Room rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to local taxes.
2. One-night room rate due for payment at time of reservation. Consistent with MGM Grand policy, if booking a Prima reservation prior to check-in, one night's room rate will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. Upon check-in, the $500 Prima expense will be charged to your credit card. The cost for additional room nights and expenses charged to your room in excess of the Prima spending account will be settled upon checkout. Additional standard terms and conditions set forth on the registration card apply.
3. The Prima spending account may not be combined with other room package offers. While you may upgrade an existing room reservation to Prima, as set forth below, Prima may not be combined with other room package offers.
4. No refunds to your Prima spending account. Any remaining credit balances in your Prima spending account upon checkout will not be refunded. However, you may charge expenses to your room in excess of your $500 Prima spending account. In the event this occurs, unpaid balances must be paid upon checkout consistent with existing MGM Grand policies.
5. Room upgrade subject to availability. Your Prima spending account makes you eligible for an upgrade to a Bungalow Suite or Celebrity Spa Suite, or a $50 activity credit. Availability of upgraded accommodations will be determined upon check-in and is not guaranteed, and MGM Grand reserves the right to substitute a $50 activity credit in the event an upgrade is not available. The $50 activity credit is a onetime credit that is valid towards dining, entertainment, spa or salon services. Not valid at Wolfgang Puck, Rainforest Cafe, Emeril's, Starbucks, and Stage Deli. Entertainment portion of activity credit valid for KÀ by Cirque du Soleil and MGM Grand's Crazy Horse Paris. A 20% service fee will be added to all spa services. Activity credit available only if charged to your hotel room and will be credited upon checkout.
6. Prima privileges are valid for a single, consecutive-night stay only. The benefits you receive by purchasing Prima are valid for a single, consecutive-night stay of two nights or more. For each subsequent visit to MGM Grand, if you wish to continue to experience the privileges of Prima, you must establish a new $500 spending account for each stay.
7. 2-for-1 drinks policy. The 2-for-1 drink benefit is available at the following MGM Grand bars: Centrifuge, Rouge, West Wing, and Zuri and valid for up to $14 value per drink. Second drink must be of equal or lesser value. Gratuity not included. This benefit is limited to the Prima member identified on the Prima card who must present the Prima card to the server or bartender prior to ordering. Management reserves all rights. Restrictions may apply. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Card has no cash value.
8. Limo benefit good for one round-trip transfer during current Prima stay. The round-trip limo benefit is valid for one transfer between MGM Grand and any other Las Vegas MGM MIRAGE property, (i.e. Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, Luxor, Excalibur, New York New York, Monte Carlo, and Circus Circus.) You must schedule and coordinate this benefit with the MGM Grand Concierge. Gratuity is not included. The standard $20 gratuity will be applied to your account.
9. 2-for-1 entrées valid at any of these fine dining restaurants: Craftsteak, Diego, FiAMMA Trattoria & Bar, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, NOBHILL TAVERN, Pearl, SEABLUE, and Shibuya (warm plates). Second entrée must be of equal or lesser value. Limit of up to three entrées. Must present card prior to ordering. Management reserves all rights. Restrictions may apply. Card has no cash value. Tax and gratuity not included. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
10. Show tickets must be purchased at MGM Grand Concierge or at the MGM Grand box office. To be eligible for the 1 level ticket upgrade benefit to KÀ, show tickets must be purchased at MGM Grand Concierge or at the MGM Grand Box Office and is limited to a maximum of 2 persons. Must present Prima card or if making purchase by phone, must mention Prima. Ticket upgrade is subject to availability.
11. VIP Access and escorted entry into Studio 54 and Tabú. Free VIP access and escorted entry into Studio 54 and Tabú for Prima member and one guest. Prima member must make arrangements through MGM Grand Concierge. VIP access and escorted entry limited to one venue per day. Some restrictions apply and may not be available during major events.
12. Free access to Wet Republic Ultra Pool. To obtain free access to our day life ultra pool, for Prima member and one guest, Prima member must present Prima card upon arrival. Some restrictions apply and may not be available during major events.
13. Free access to MGM Grand Spa and Fitness Center. To obtain free access to our spa and fitness center, Prima member must present Prima card upon arrival. A 20% service fee will be added to all spa services.
14. 15% off purchase made in the following participating outlets: MGM Grand & Company, Front Page, West Wing Boutique, Xclusiv, Lion Habitat, CBS Television City, KÀ Boutique, Pool Kiosk, Grand Candy and $10 Store. This benefit is limited to the Prima member identified on the Prima card who must present the Prima card to the cashier at time of purchase. Restrictions may apply. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Purchase must be charged to hotel folio and discount will be applied at the time of purchase.
15. Walk to the head of the taxi line with your Prima card. Must show pass to taxi line attendant.
16. VIP line pass is good for line pass privileges at The Grand Buffet only. Must present Prima card to cashier. Valid only for duration of dates specified on Prima card. Management reserves all rights. Restrictions may apply.
17. Limit one bottle of champagne per table. Must present Prima card prior to ordering. Champagne selected by Sommelier. Gratuity not included. Management reserves all rights. Restrictions may apply. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Card has no cash value.
18. Prima spending account program limited to individuals 21 years of age and older.
19. The Prima spending account is available for use at all MGM Grand owned or operated outlets which accept room charges.
